Any firearm not in the hands of a gibbermint agent.

But it's worth compiling these stories for another reason: if anyone ever blasts real cops as they bust in on a wrong-address no-knock raid, these fake-cop stories will be useful in defense.

Now when one of the local officers comes knocking on my door it is ususally someone I know asking for some advice on what to do to improve their shooting habits. The door is always opened and they are invited in for coffee or something stronger.

A no knock raid in the middle of the night would be met with accurate fire from firearm. I might go down but I would exact a price. Of course a no-knock raid in teh middle of the night is IMHO rather unlikely unless the Feds get the wrong address.

I do agree we need to reduce the burden on budiness but I find it interesting that Powell is trying to get India to reduce its trade barriers and not threatening some kind of retaliation in thi srealm. Everyone talks about us starting a trade war.

We are already in a trade war being waged against the USA by India China and some other nations all we are doing is disarming in the face of attacks.

Merely another example of the White House caving in when they should stand tough.

Some companies must outsource to stay alive.

Then perhaps they should be the ones which are subject to the famous creative destruction as they cntribute little iif any to the US Economy.

More seriously the USA must demand that India remove its high tariffs andf other restrictions on entry of US goods and services to its markets if they wish to continue to freely export to the USA.

What the Democrats did was put into effect permanent MFN status for China, and agree to the current rules of the WTO which allow "Developing economies" like China and India to masintain high tariff barriers to American products and services while having free access to American markets.

Remember these are Clinton's trade policies in place and they are admittedly a form of wealth redistribution from the USA to poorer nations. Of course the Democrats will never discuss the truth and too many Republicans are in love with the rhetoric of Free Trade to lok at what we really are facing.

Actually it is very easy to make sense when one is not looking at the facts and putting up a straw man. The big problem is taxpayersubsidies for overseas investment, markets taht are not open to US produced goods and services, currency manipulations, government regulations on doing business in the USa and a tax structure that penalizes companies producing in the USA. All these problems need to be fixed.

Clearly the Spanish precedent will be noticed by the Al Qaeda leadership. Will they try it here I would guess yes. Will it cause Kerry to be elected? That is anyone's guess I hope not but I fear yes. needless to say Kerry would start an immediate crackdown on Conservatives because it is our views that antagonize the world.

It seems Squantos has listed the tests within the USA proper (lower 48). On this you are obviously contradicted by facts. Fallout danger is most from a major strike with hundreds or perhaps thousands of detonations within a day. One should not misstate risks based upon media coverage over the years. Get the facts about nuclear weapons they are scary enough in themselves without exaggeration.

Do not be so concerned about fallout during teh 1950's and 1960's there were numerous atmospheric tests and most of teh USA recieved fallout as did many other nations. A big hole in the ground may be just what it takes to discourage some of those who are overenthusiastic about killing Americans. I am not yet advocating using them but I am not ruling them out. I was merely pointing out some of the Islamic nations that are not aligned with us.

IMHO we should not rule out reponding with nuclear weapons in teh event of a Chemical Biological or nuclear attack on US soil if said attack were to kill thoudands.

First off I am not a Buchanana follower I am a Conservative.

Second and foremost you are either mistaken on your historical facts which since I asked you to show some facts and you attacked instead I must conclude you are merely another lying dDemocrat seeking to hurt the Republican Candidate in Illinois Mr. Ryan by defending him withlies.

Your complete ignorance of teh details of Smoot Hawley which contradict your statements and the mischaracterization of Fordney McCumber tariffs and teh economic effects associated with them merely shows you to be another gun grabbing anti-American Democrat who is trying to harm any Republican.

Excuse me the 1920's were normally regarded as a time of an expanding American Economy and the Fordney-McCumber tariff was given much of the credit for that. Now as to your qupting some propagandist for "Free Trade" when dicussing history I would suggest you learn some hiostory prior to doing so. Now since foreign trade was at most four percent of the economy please inform me how the actual decrease in foreign trade which was well in place prior to the Smoot Hawley tariffs taking effect lengthened the Great Depression. Show an econometric analysis which backs up this view. Jack Ryan may well be the best candidate for this office but as I stated he has not shown a knowledge of economic history or economics other than spouting the current mantras.

I further point out NO Conservative supports any bill that restricts the Second Ammendment.

I realize Illinois is a state where Conservatives have to take what they can get but do not state this gentleman is a rock solid Conservative with these views and do not misstate economic history.

Did Ryan have a basis for his statement based on reading the conclusions of many reputable economists? Clearly yes. Did that statement show a knowledge of the actual facts. Clearly, No.

Your mistaterments of history do little to help your preffered candidate and do much to harm him. Why do you persist? Are you actually a Democrat trying to hurt the Republican candidate? Are you merely another shill who will sacrifice every other principle in order to maintain the current fraud caled Free Trade which is merely a set of trade policies designed to discourage investment in the USA in favor of investment in "developing countries" and sociailist economies.
