I think it is a terrible, terrible curse. There are many blacks who would rather not be part of that toxicity, but they feel pressured to be part of it, sometimes very aggressively, like a kid that wants to be a good student but is accused of “acting white” for studying.
I hope more and more can shed that and come to our side. I think some are. The Hodge Twins in that video are a good example. I find them very entertaining, I have listened to them on a few shows in the past.

Remind me not to go into Fiesta Supermarket in Houston. If you took that picture and a picture of a Supermarket in a ghetto, the people would be better dressed. Those ‘ladies’ looked like they are unemployed and waiting for another government pay day (another baby to increase my benefits).

Was not trying to be unkind to them, but I could not follow what they were talking about.
I have a lot of black friends. And some Black or Hispanic friends and relatives.
I lived in NM for about 14 years, in a mining district. Little over 50% were Hispanic, of various flavors.
I once was a city councilman in town of 10,000 people for a 2 year term. The only people I was uncomfortable with were the Far Left and the La Raza crowd. Both were present, Crazy.
After that I was GOP County Chairman for the County.
I left NM in 1986, job transfer caused me to move back to Texas.
And I honestly DO wish to be unkind to these people, those participating in this public stupidity. I feel sympathy for those two young boys who I presume are with her-they can't be all that thrilled seeing this going on around them. They actually appear to be kind of either blasé or puzzled by it.
There was a time when this kind of behavior, no matter your class, race, color, or creed, was...shameful. And it was just as shameful in the black community. Nobody did this. I expect it had something to do with the breakdown of the family unit.
Thomas Sowell has written an excellent book that deals directly with this: "Black Rednecks and White Liberals". In this, he discusses how the characteristic outrage and violence we see in adherents to the "toxic black culture" (where people are shot to death or stabbed because someone "looked at them the wrong way") are quick to anger with no limits, no self-control, no impulse control, and how this behavior has its roots in the antebellum South amongst Irish immigrants.
Thomas Sowell knows of what he speaks. It is a very enlightening read.
