News? I saw no news of significance in the posted article. NATO will defend itself against attack? Well….DUH, that’s not news except possibly for the most ignorant.
NATO Countries scheme to put boots on ground using Individual Security Agreements between each European member (of NATO) State and Ukraine, individually and in order to not trigger Article 5, and with NATO stating that those boots would not incure a triggering of Article 5.
Still the EUropean states each individually, but collectively as members of NATO, believe that they can go to war in Ukraine and keep the war in Ukraine without the war coming home to thier individual countries.
Russia has stated that if F16s are maintained, and housed outside of Ukraine in Poland, or Romania... and they fly into in NATO as NATO envisions they will, only to touch and go then lift off for a combat mission against Russia, then land back at the nation hosting Ukrainian F16s, it is all fair in love and war.
Then there are plans to build Ukrainian tank and war manufacturing in Germany, Poland, etc.
NATO has gone far beyond good faith in the art of war. They envision attacking Russia from Ukraine but housing their soldiers in Poland, or the F16s in Romania. They would only be in Ukraine for the combat mission, and then return to the safety of NATO countries.
I don’t think NATO can use Ukraine to defeat Russia, or even prevent Russia from imposing peace without Russia eventually hitting them, once and for all real hard.
The USA had better watch our 6, because the world is a big place. We could see a preemptive strike on every carrier group at once, or every base in the Middle East hit and/or overrun on fine day. Biden is creating the conditions for a war in 2025.
The noise coming out of NATO is going to see a nasty surprise for the United States. Vicky Nuland stated some things to that end. Russia’s foreign minister has spoken clearly on the matter of NATO provocations using NATO bases from which to initiate attacks being an act of war.
Funny thing is is that all the people in power today are woke and stupidly think that they can act with impunity with lies and half-truths. Very percise and clear signals are coming from Russia and these fools should at least consider that Russia is not bluffing.
