Also, Trump plainly has no effective right to Secret Service protection at Rikers. Adams can simply refuse to admit the protective detail - not like Biden will go to court to get an order forcing their admission. Even if Adams lets them in he can’t let them have firearms - no guns in prisoner areas is pretty much corrections security 101, and it’s not like the SS can do much unarmed.
