do you know what that looks like? It’s gotta be crazy, with all the malls shut down, offices, retails... dayum. I suppose it’s enormously leveraged, which drags the banks along. Or is there enough equity financing to take the hit (REITs, etc.)?
I don’t know about this market at all, other than to have leased commercial space in the past. When I started my current business 8 years ago, my primary missing was : NO RENT!
