Hmmm. I would guess you need stitches, although when you wait a bit like you have done stitches aren't always effective, unless they re-open the wound. Scarring has already begun on the edges of the wound.

You might try getting a butterfly strip which is often used in lieu of stitches. they are made to hold a cut together, rather than just covering it.

Sunday morning we had what must have been a huge power surge ... I've no clue why ... but it knocked out two of our TVs ... my coffee pot ... BWAK ... and, of course, my monitor. This makes three I have had to buy this year alone ... *sigh* ...

Butterfly bandage would be my guess (I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on the Internet). Joints are a bad location, flexing and all that.

#35...Sadly, you are right in some respects.....even World Magazine...acknowledges on their recent cover story .......... even though the church is called to be different, there are illicit relationships going on, and it exposes some of them.

And especially sadly......my own cousin who was a church member of good standing, actually the minister of music, left his wife & four children because of an affair with his secretary....!!

It has made us all heartsick!----Naturally, he was asked to leave the church.....and is now only working part-time in a secular job..... cause that is the only work he can find.
Shortly after the divorce, he married the secretary :^

So yes, it does go on.......Truly, men of the cloth need to be even more aware & vigilant & on their guard than anyone else!!
Because the Word says THEY will be held MORE ACCOUNTABLE than others because of their 'calling'....

...and Nita, when things like this happen, it gives the 'world' lots of rope to hang the Christians, lumping Christendom all together....the good with the bad, the pure of spirit with the ones who broke their vows.-----So very sad!!

When my Mom visited me in Puerto Rico, after the birth of daughter, she was hurriedly trying to open a box of 'treats' she had brought over, and cut her hand, at the joint, really bad, with a boxcutter.

The medic at the Navy base did the butterfly thingie and it worked really well!

Of course, she couldn't help me change diapers all week :(

I didn't watch it because I was so enraged with the topic (suppose I should have set aside my emotions a bit and listened, but couldn't). O'Reilly was discussing a book that advocates the position that it is all right for grownups to have sex with kids. Dr. Joycelin Elders wrote the foreword.

The only thing I could think about when I heard the promo was what Rush kept saying: "Would you trust your daughter to be alone with [UOx42] in a Motel 6?" I just couldn't get past the whole notion this seemed a way to make what the last President did somehow acceptable.
