Ad-aware works great for spyware. KaZaa lite is great but it needs to create a Dummy File it puts a fake Cydoor .dll file that tricks the program and makes it work and think it's the real spyware file. Ad-Aware just scans it and reads it as spyware but it's not. So don't delete this file. Find it here

Peer To Peer is still the best for Video downloads because it has "Swarming" connects. For Music mp3's use WinMX
