I read that the woman is on permanent disability

She is currently listed as a real estate agent at Incline Properties in Nevada, but her page currently shows no property listings.

The article was about the dog-tosser suing the owner of the dog. Your comment was about the woman whose dog was tossed. You said she was on worker's comp, something I didn't see mentioned in the article about the dog-tosser's lawsuit. I don't see the connection between the dog-tosser's lawsuit against the woman & a few others and that she's on worker's comp from his actions.

Thanks for that link.

If that sonofab**** had grabbed my dog, he'd have been dropped at five paces with a .9mm shell to the back of the head.

I hope he's as miserable as he can possibly be.

This, "She said this week she has been treated for depression and has been unable to fully return to her job as a real estate agent", was posted here.

Unfortunately, the incident is so old that many of the URL's are no longer active. I will try to find the post where she was receiving disability if, in fact, there is one.

Uh huh. Sure.

How does a real-estate agent collect disability, unless she was paying into a private disability policy? If she had a private policy, why do you care?

Actually, if she's self employed, she's required to pay social security tax.

My question to you is, why is this such an emotional issue for you? I didn't kill the dog.

I despise people who kill dogs. Some of my anger spilled over onto you because I read in your remarks that you don't understand how losing a dog can be as debilitating as losing a family member.

Sorry about that.

If someone did this to my dog and I saw it happen, I honestly don't think I would ever get over it. I'm serious.

This SOB (Burnett) is beyond pushing the envelope. I hope his life is ruined.

We have no children, our dogs are our children. This guy would have been deader than fried chicken if he had done this to our family.

A dog is the only thing on this earth that loves you more than he loves himself.

I cannot find anything other than post #26 which says she simply had not been able to fully return to her job and was being treated for depression.

If I were truly industrious, I'd pay the $5 fee for accessing the archives at the San Jose paper. But I'm not that industrious. After all, if I were industrious, I would not be hanging out here with you guys.

So since I can't produce the article that said she received disability, in the words of the late Gilda Radner (when she played the little old lady on the newscast) on Saturday Night Live, "Nevermind."

There are 2 types of disability in Ca...One is workmans comp for job releated disabilities and the other is state disability for all other disabilities. Both are funded by the employer. Just yesterday the state supreme court lowered the threshold for SDI.

Definitely a gay homosexual dog.

Does using a double sexual orientation, much like a double negative, make the dog actually straight?

Is he suing because he went into prison like this (o) and came out like this (0)???

I remember the story and this guy deserves the life that he has chosen.

I'm afraid i might have the same reaction.Anyone that would kill a dog like that deserves jail or worse.
imo the woman should sue him for pain and suffering (if the jerk has anything to sue for).

No, in this case, I think it actually intensifies the dog's gayness.
