What the heck is a Piltdown ??? I can't seem to pinpoint a meaning for it on dictionary.com

This was one of the classics. The episode with the starving african kid replacing Cartman was a good one too.

Piltdown was a hoax foisted upon the atheistic evolutionary pseudo-scientific community of Britain by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of the Sherlock Holmes mysteries (published in Strand Magazine). It was, if memory serves correctly, a combination of canine, human and monkey skeletal remains. It was heralded as the discovery of the "missing link."

It was later determined to be a fraud, much to the chagrin of the pseudo-scientists. It was called "Piltdown" because that was the name of the gravel pit in which it was found, I believe.
