Peter's sister (Jane Asher) was Paul's girlfriend. And, Paul lived in the house with them and wrote a number of their songs.

Jane had the good sense to call it quits with McCartney. She was a decent actress in her own wright and didn’t need the personal bedlam of all the Beatles hangers on, all the drugs and all McCartney’s womanizing.
