TS is a low classification, not like TS SAP or SCI or Code Word. Which, with all the fuss, makes it seem to me like there is some backstory going on here that maybe even more important.
Because, if all of this were on the up and up and not some sort of disinformation operation, the Docs should have been marked: Top Secret Special Access Project “xx” or the like.
