That last paragraph is the kicker. At the Local Branch’s discretion!
I can almost understand asking. You might be getting blackmailed and need to tell someone. But regardless of the answer they should give you what is yours. And then notify authorities if appropriate.
Wow.
Not Bitcoin, but Pirate Chain or ZCASH as they are fungible (just paper money).
“They graduate about 2 MILLION Marxist indoctrinated students every year and these students go on to infest everything and anything, from politics, the media, justice, science, education, and their extreme bias is destroying this country.”

Its a cultural transformation machine. They have taken over and wield control over virtually all institutions in society now.
And look at what their reign of terror hath wrought: corruption, dysfunction, immorality, abuses of power, cultural rot, unsustainable debt, and deep divisions in society. Then question is how long can it last before it all crumbles?
Perhaps small businesses are being shaken down for ‘protection’ money.
I guy I know worked at Target for awhile (yeah, I know it’s Target). He told me this story. An older lady came in, and wanted to buy $1000 worth of gift cards. Fortunately, one of the employees there asked her why she wanted to do that.
He had no right to ask. But lucky that he did. The lady had received a scam phone call telling her that her social security number was being suspended for nonpayment of taxes. And she would not be getting any more social security checks until she paid that tax. Using gift cards, of course.
The employee talked her out of doing that.
Now, I love a good conspiracy story. And these days, most conspiracy stories are turning out to be true. But I really think the banks are trying to do the right thing here. But they are doing it the wrong way. No interrogation of customers. Just hand them a sheet explaining the scams. Then let the customer decide.
From Wikipedia:
Mass expropriation of businesses followed, Kautsky charged, “without any attempt being made to discover whether their organisation on Socialist lines was possible.” Success depended upon a “well-disciplined and highly intelligent working class,” Kautsky contended, but instead the war had sapped both intelligence and discipline from the workers, leaving only “the most ignorant and most undeveloped sections of the working class in the wildest excitement.” The result had been economic collapse.
“The bourgeoisie are compelled to work, but they have not the right to choose the work that they understand, and which best corresponds to their abilities. On the contrary, they are forced to carry on the most filthy and most objectionable kind of labour. In return they receive not increased rations, but the very lowest, which scarce suffice to appease their hunger. Their food rations equal only a quarter of those of the soldiers, and of the workingmen who are employed in the factories run by the Soviet Republic.... From all this we perceive not a sign of any attempt to place the proletariat on a higher level, to work out a ‘new and higher form of life,’ but merely the thirst for vengeance on the part of the proletariat in its most primitive form.”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism_and_Communism
Terrorism and Communism: A Reply to Karl Kautsky (German: Terrorismus und Kommunismus: Anti-Kautsky; Russian: Терроризм и Коммунизм) is a book by Soviet Communist Party leader Leon Trotsky. First published in German in August 1920, the short book was written against a criticism of the Russian Revolution, Dictatorship of the Proletariat, published the previous year in Vienna, Austria by prominent Marxist Karl Kautsky.
“So perhaps banks want to know about a large withdrawal for nefarious purposes. Or maybe they’re trying to stop a customer from being scammed.”
It is for nefarious purposes under the guise of “for your own good”.
reason for withdrawal?
“i’ve got a YUGE dope deal coming up! I can let you get in on it if you’re interested.”
For transitioning, homophobes ! /s
i just made a joke about this, but there’s a serious side to this ...
i was good friends with my local bank manager until she retired, and a few years ago she related a story where an ancient customer wanted to withdraw a very sizable sum of cash ... my friend KNEW the ancient customer was going to be defrauded and was basically powerless to stop her from losing all of her money ...
I’m buying crack, hookers and art supplies. And The Big Guy wants his 10% in cash so there isn’t a paper trail.
The AARP should try to list the scams on a single web page. Say:
GIFT CARD scams
....
APP (...) scams
....
Crypto ATM scams
....
https://www.aarp.org/money/scams-fraud/
“About one-quarter of those surveyed said they didn’t know that it’s always a scam when you are asked to make a payment or send money by purchasing a gift card and sharing the number on the back of the card.”
“Peer-to-peer apps like Venmo, Zelle and CashApp are commonly used in scams....Fraud fighters suggest only using them with people you know and trust — to split a dinner bill with friends or send money to your grandchild, for instance.”
“When someone directs you to use a cryptocurrency ATM to address some financial concern, you’re dealing with a scammer.”

“in cash”
In west Baltimore diabetes test strips are money.
They’d hand you a check. If you think you’re gonna get it in cash, think again. They don’t have much on hand, I’d wager.
Canada.
The Left has so infiltrated and are embedded in all facets of American Society, Business & Government, that once they got their “GO Orders” from their fellow leftists, it became a quiet tsunami over the past decade-plus. Their opportunity — with control over the WH, US Senate and House (yes, they still do control it) — and the GOP’s weakness, is their BIG CHANCE to impose NWO.
I keep some money in a credit union, and my account is not connected to the internet. No online banking.
With two kids in college, I sometimes have to move money to a bank that IS connected to the internet. Since I’m cheap, instead of paying $3 for a check, I move cash.
My internet-connected bank now requires ID to DEPOSIT cash, they claim it’s a Federal rule (which doesn’t surprise me at all). They don’t ask where you got the cash - yet.
I do think it’s wise to keep some convertibles in a safe location. You know, things that can be converted into the currently favored medium of exchange.
The little green slips of paper may be going away soon.
Why am I withdrawing my money from your bank. Because I prefer not to deal with commies.
Sounds like a Credit Union , do credit unions still do this ,LOL
I wonder if they can read sign language.
