I honestly do not know how people in solitary are treated, as I said in my comment. If these conditions are deemed inhumane, those responsible should be held accountable. I was just pointing out that this man was not arrested for strolling through the building.

If you know the federal standards for solitary confinement, I will defer to you. But if you're just looking at a picture and forming an opinion, then that's what it is: an opinion.

So the guy did illegal things. Except there is supposed to be a trial during which the jury makes the decision as to whether or not he did.
The Constitution requires a speedy trial, Custom provides him with bail unless he is danger to others or a risk of flight.
In no case is torture or abuse legal.

I've heard no legitimate reason for him to be in solitary. Solitary is for bad behavior in a facility.

Yes, and if that's not in line with proceedings for people who have been indicted on similar charges, then hold them accountable and set bail for him.
