This actually sounds like it might be better for mankind. If there is a space war then pushing a satellite out of orbit and sent crashing to the Earth is better than blasting it into a thousand pieces resulting in the Kessler Effect.
They stole it from John W Campbell’s “Space Beyond”.
They always steal from someone they can’t do it on their own.
It’s why China should be made like 1959 again poor.
