That such a severely mentally ill person such as Bruce Ivens could have flown under the radar to become a key Anthrax scientist at Ft. Detrick was scary as hell. He was was able to work in his spare time to produce an ultra pure sample of Anthrax to unleash on the world . We’re all very lucky he stopped at that. He could have easily brought America to its knees.
