The NYC vaccine policy now requires that one now be vaccinated to be served. Every New Yorker is now aware of that The policy is dumb. If their dumb policy is no one gets served without vaccine, then the stupidity should be applied equally...unless one thinks the color of one’s skin should be determinative. I would be mighty angry if I was turned away for not being vaccinated while a unvaccinated POC was served.

What is their Liability if they don’t recognize a Forgery?

Is the Restaurant supposed to cross reference the name on the Vaccine Passport with the person’s ID?
Does this mean that Poll Workers will have to check that the Vaccine Passports match the Voter’s ID at the Door before you can get your Ballot and Vote?
