Here's a LINK to the original Indian paper, I have a copy that I saved prior to the paper being withdrawn, if you are interested you could contact the authors whose names and affiliations are still on the bioRxiv server.

As I posted, there are a number of problems with the work (that is, the association with HIV gp120 and gag proteins), but it remains important that the first independent group to sequence the Wuhan spike protein found changes that were hard to explain by natural evolution.

This observation of theirs remains true even if they were wrong about the HIV part (and I believe they were).
