Yes, Mike Davis laid out an irrefutable case that the raid on Mar-A-Lago was a political act and illegal. Roberts was smart enough in the clip to keep his mouth closed. The bimbo who tried to push the Fox line against Davis was left looking way over her head—she apparently could not follow what Davis was saying.

So, apparently the demokkkommies are of the mind that for each document in question, they believe PDJT needed to declare each one now unclassified for his classification powers to be in effect. Is that about right? And the opposite being that if he has documents in his possession after leaving office they are automatically unclassified? Sounds like 🐂💩 to me. I agree, a “must listen.” The Fox hosts did not interrupt or argue. They posed questions, asked follow-ups, and let the man make his very cogent argument. And they didn’t have another talking head there to bluster over the speaker. A good legal argument made to educate me and anybody who listened. Nobody defended the DOJ or Biden or White House legal counsel. The headline is full-on drama queen with no basis in fact. Hate on Fox all you want, but you won’t find much to be mad about in this clip
