Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) were the names given to U.S. missions in the war in Afghanistan and the Iraq War. These armed conflicts have resulted in a high prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among veterans.

Posobiec is referring to the downing of a Chinook helicopter on August 6, 2011. The chopper was ambushed by Taliban/ISIS. It is rumored that it carried members from the SEAL team unit that was involved with the raid on Osama Bin Laden. It is highly likely that the ambush was conducted with inside information on the helicopter route and timing.
It is widely believed that someone on the inside revealed this special mission route and timing which compromised it from the highest levels because it was a special mission. There is no other explanation for the bad guys to have set up a big ambush like this in that particular place and time.
Outside of Special Operations circles, knowledge of this mission would have been held at the 3- to 4-star level and approved by the US President or, if delegated, to the Vice President or Secretary of Defense.
Or it could have been a red/green Afghan with information once the raid started. [red=enemy, green=ally]
Conspiracy researchers* believe that the information on the SEAL mission was transmitted through channels to the enemy by either the President (O-zero), the Vice President (pedo-pete), or the Secretary of State (hillary).
Or any one of at least 100+ Afghans that were involved.
