That little boy has to go to reeducation camp. He’s being hopelessly heteronormative and binary. You’re supposed to know there have been over 50 gender identities discovered so far. And many of those gender identities do not hinge on whether you have a penis or a vagina.
Although if we repeal the 19th Amendment, individual states would still give women the right to vote. So even if we could somehow repeal that Amendment it would have no practical effect.
