The only thing seen in the sky are natural phenomena and human artifacts. I have zero reason to believe humans have cataloged all natural phenomena.
Mulder WAS on it, but he quit . . . . so we’ll never know.
This is a stupid article. Occam’s Razor dictates that, yes, of course these UAPs are man-made, not aliens from outer space.

Blow the lid off the entire thing, if it can even be done, and then see what happens. It won’t settle anything unless they can introduce us regular folks to real-live extraterrestrial beings who can plainly state what their business on this planet is, how long they’ve been here, how they plan to return to where they came from, where they plan on going to next and when they’ll be leaving. Pockets of pandemonium and chaos would break out the world over, but you wouldn’t have Orson Welle’s telling you the next day what a terrible mistake his audience had made.

On a serious note, the Defense Department doesn't actually do any research or build any weapons. That's what contractors do...and contractors don't intentionally develop any weapons systems that can't be funded by and/or sold to the DOD. Ergo, even their "advanced" ideas have to be sold to the DOD if they are to be funded.
OTOH, if the DOD has, as some have reported, recovered non-human technologies, these technologies would be turned over to contractors for reverse engineering to see if some VERY advanced weapons can't be derived from them. Bottom line: If NHI technologies have been recovered, all previous rules are out the window.

The most likely answer is "yes" to all the above. The CIA lies. That's what it always does...even to its own people.
Reports that UFO reports are disinformation programs to conceal the truth about secret "High-Tech Human Defense Research Programs" are probably themselves nothing but disinformation programs concealing something else.
Bottom line: It is probably a mistake to draw any conclusions from reports of so-called CIA or DOD "disinformation programs."
