Yes, Greer explains that there are both theirs and our own.
The difference being that ours are comparable to early Ford model T and theirs are like the latest Royce Rolls and probably assembled by total integration. In time we may get there yet, unless we are dumb and ignorant enough to self destruct.

What If UFOs Have Been A Cover For High-Tech Human Defense Research Programs?If true, The US was the only nation that would have had this technology. So there is nothing to worry about. We would be, in essence, 100 or more years ahead of anything Russia or China has now, back in 1950.
If there are aliens, or demons posing as otherworldly beings, we are in danger, since the could side with China or Russia instead of us. (we'd still be in danger)
