Ok...the timing of this is perfect! I got an email from a headhunter. The email is titled: "Addressing the Critical Cutting Tool STEM Talent Shortages". Look at this hilarious pic thats on the front page of that site...all of the things that are completely off and just scream Danger! Danger! LOL.

1)No safety glasses
2)Milling cutter in a drill chuck.
3)Loose clothing.
4)Vise on a sheetmetal channel with zero support in the middle. Go ahead and run that cutter into that and see what happens.
5)Coolant nozzle that will spray at the operator.
6)Hes got a laptop?? Really? Playing solitaire maybe?
7)Vise handle is still on.
8)Whats that on the bed?? Threaded pipe? Yeah that will come in real handy for this job huh?
