They will still likely take the firearms away, it’s cali. Will likely need to goto the courtroom of judge “Saint” Benitez to get any fair trial and his weapons back.

I’ll bet even if a shooting occurs inside a home the owner will be told “You should have run away and get out of danger”.

No actually Kali doesn’t have a duty to retreat law. In this home invasion shooting it’s closer to stand your ground.

They have signs up in the Valley telling homeowners to hide in the closet and call 911 instead of confronting them. Last one I saw was near Devonshire and Reseda.
