Since the excerpt provides no further information about the assailant's appearance and/or the basis of the alleged discrimination, I'm going to go out on a branch here and assume that it was because of the color of her coat.

A person incapable of using violence to protect their loved ones or themselves is not a peaceful person. They are cattle, prone to being eaten by those who are violent.
She is out of control. If this is how she acts in public, just imagine how she behaves behind closed doors. She needs to be behind bars.

She went in there with the purpose to do what she did. She wasn’t there for a cellphone charger. She had a really bad attitude going and wanted to beat people up.

And yes, concealed carry! Not to deal with this woman. Pepper spray would be more appropriate for her. The concealed carry would be for when she returns 3 minutes later with her 230 pound brother (or baby daddy). THEN concealed carry would come into play!
