The left has been vicious for a long time. Now their viciousness is responsible for world wide anti-americanism, and undoubtedly unnecessary deaths of our soldiers. GWB wouldn't be vilified so much world-wide if the left kept their rhetoric intellectually honest, and kept the rhetoric at home.

The left, at home and abroad should be very careful, God forbid they get what they want, all nations to be "equal" in every way. This can only be down by installing socialist principles (universal health care, even more restrictive enviromental restrictions) into America to diminish her greatness. If America is merely another equal, socialist nation such as France and Germany what nation will save mankind the next time an evil regime puts the world teetering on Churchill's "Abyass of Tyranny"? Let's never miss a chance to defend the attacks on America and our courageous President, the sake of all mankind is in the balance.

Moderator, it would be very helpful to know what the ingrateful European, who is speaking in English and not German is saying. Let a few of his comments remain.

.... if the left kept their rhetoric intellectually honest,...Well, that ain't going to happen.

But in their rush to proclaim their hatred for Bush, they fail to outline their own vision for America. They are playing defense because the HAVE to. One by one, their most sacred tenets are being exposed as inoperative for the world we now live in. They are losing THE PEOPLE and therefore their power. Bush just gives them the symbol on which to focus their rage.

Very well put.

The world is full of pampered little spoiled-brat nations. But watch any little spoiled brat - they will only pull that act when they are around an indulgent kind-hearted guardian. They instintively know that if they pull that on a selfish tyrant - like a Clinton - they will get whacked - and whacked hard.
Hence, their silence about true tyrants, like all Soviet leaders - when the Russians could come and crush them like the powerless military insects they have always been since WWII.
I've always thought it would be an instructive exercise to pick a spoiled brat nation - like South Korea for instance - pull out, tell the North Koreans we're tired of playing - and send in CNN to record the lessons of life for the rest of the brat-vermin in the world.

You gotta love it when the occasional lib stumbles into our site and crafts his first post telling us all how stupid we are - a post typically rife with misspellings, grammatical errors and factual discrepencies.

I'm just amazed that the Euro's are still falling for leftist propaganda. You'd think after Hilter, Chamberlain, Stalin, et al that they would wise up.

The world is doing nothing more than following the lead of the leftist propaganda machine that is operating within our own US government. If we have people within our own government calling for a "regime" change, how can we fault others?

I was stationed in Germany during the entire Carter administration...lucky me!!! I lived on the economy for three of those years, in a small town on the Mosel River.
During the 1980 election, one of my neighbors pleaded with me to NOT vote for Ronald Reagan. She was convinced, as were many (if not most) Europeans, that Reagan would push the button on his first day in office. I did my best to assure them that the fears were totally unfounded.
Little did anyone know that the election of Reagan would set in motion the rapid downfall of the Evil Empire, and speed reunification of Germany.

Yah, but Euro's are considered to be more sophisticated. lOL. What a myth that was!

Could it be that they don't have one?
Yes they have no new ideas! None, except Kucinich.
