Holiday In Cambodia, Dead Kennedys

So you been to school for a year or two
And you know you've seen it all
In daddy's car thinkin' you'll go far
Back east your type don't crawl
Play ethnicky jazz to parade your snazz
On your five grand stereo
Braggin that you know how the niggers feel cold
And the slums got so much soul

It's time to taste what you most fear
Right Guard will not help you here
Brace yourself, my dear

It's a holiday in Cambodia
It's tough kid, but it's life
It's a holiday in Cambodia
Don't forget to pack a wife

Your a star-belly sneech you suck like a leech
You want everyone to act like you
Kiss ass while you bitch so you can get rich
But your boss gets richer on you
Well you'll work harder with a gun in your back
For a bowl of rice a day
Slave for soldiers til you starve
Then your head skewered on a stake
Now you can go where people are one
Now you can go where they get things done
What you need my son:

Is a holiday in Cambodia
Where people dress in black
A holiday in Cambodia
Where you'll kiss ass or crack

Pol Pot, Pol Pot, Pol Pot, Pol Pot [etc.]

And it's a holiday in Cambodia
Where you'll do what you're told
A holiday in Cambodia
Where the slums got so much soul

Great Post.

So what do you call it when he goes into Wendy's orders some food, goes back to his bus throws the Wendy's stuff away (think of all the poor starving children around the world), and eats a gormet meal ordered from the local yacht-club instead?

GREAT column!

Kerry is NOT going to get away unscathed from the outing of his many lies and lousy CV.

I think that move alone rang bells 3,5,6,7, and 9 on your list.

Steyn quotes Kerry from the Congressional Record of 3/27/1983, P. S3594 word for word. Of course, he was lying.

But, Steyn and most others who have read Kerry's words don't drop down furtehr in the Record. In the same column, Kerry says, "I remember a politician who ran for President in 1968 with the secret plan for peace, and he was elected. The only promise he kept was that 4 years later the plan was still a secret."

Kerry has a "plan" for what he will do in Iraq and in the war against terrorism. he says. Let's see it!! How would Traitor John do it differently than W?

LBJ was President on Christmas Eve 1968, but let that pass.

Hey it is an easy mistake. I have told people many times about the screwed up mission to rescue the Iranian hostages. I was on active duty at the time when I started reading the message traffic about the screw-up. I told person after person after person that Mr. Peanut was president, but everyone knows, in fact, that it was all Ronald Reagan's fault. Just shows what tricks memory can play on you.

For most of his adult life John Kerry has peddled as his central Vietnam anecdote – the one that drove him to turn on his nation's leaders – what appears to be a complete fantasy. Why would he do such a thing? If there's a good answer to that question, maybe someone in his doting press pack would like to ask it.

He's nuancing!

(Jerky Horn is an anagram of John Kerry. Coincidence? I think not.)

So is Jerry Kohn. He did say he was Jewish before he was Catholic, right?

All this confirms my suspicion that the 2004 election will be about purging the demons and illusions we acquired from Vietnam.

And, so is Horny Jerk, but I didn't want to go there.

Kerry also carries a "good luck hat" given to him by a CIA operative when Kerry transported him to Cambodia: "Given to me by a CIA guy as we went in for a special mission in Cambodia."

Honest to god, Kerry keeps the hat inside a secret compartment in his briefcase. Look at the end of this Washington Post article from 1993 on John Kerry's own website:
