And when they admit it is true but refuse to do anything?

So every competent Republican politician, newspaper editor, attorney, etc. in the State of Washington is in on this criminal enterprise along with the Democrats?

The democrats have controlled the Governorship, the AG's office and have appointed most of the judges for a couple of decades. If a lawyer runs against a sitting judge, he and his clients will get screwed.

The appellate court use unconstitutional appellate court commissioners to make judicial decisions in cases they don't wnat the public to learn about. The CJ of the state supreme court admitted that was what happened to a petition for a writ of mandamus when the state supreme court was the court of original jurisdiction. Jeff Sullivan, the chief Deputy US Attorney for Western Washington (Criminal) admitted that the CJ was obstructing justice in the case, but as a US attorney, and friend of the state CJ, would not do any thing about it.

Fine. But RICO can be enforced by private action. No attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Washington will take your case?

I know RICO law. You try finding a lawyer who will go after judges. I talked to several, and some were interested until they learned the details. i even have a few friends who said no attorney in the state would take a case which involved a judge as a defendant because the others judges would screw them and the bar association would go after them.

Washington is very corrupt. You think the Democratic party would be so blatantly committing election fraud if the courts weren't corrupt?

...but you've got no sense

I have to agree with him, CTD. Not trying to wish ill will upon you or your case, but you've just posted your real name, location, former place of employment, former business partners, four years' worth of travel information spelled out month-by-month, four years of legal activities, (including actual case numbers), all for public eyes to see, and (now) all accessible via Google if not via FR itself. You just made yourself an easy target for identity theft. And I wouldn't be surprised if this didn't leave you exposed for a dozen or more cases of libel.

But more importantly, you've just given your legal opponents public access to your entire casebook in this matter, allowing them to see your argument and prepare a defense against it.

I would STRONGLY urge you to ping the mods, have this thread pulled, and then RE-post it, minus your own personal info, actual defendant names, and case #s at the absolute minimum.

I'm an expert on defamation law. The truth, when stated in context, is an absolute defense.

So let's see... you're saying WA state is so corrupt that you can't get justice there, but you rely upon the provably true defense to protect yourself from libel charges?

None of these people would dare sue me for libel/defamation. I wish they would.

Well, Don, we just had ourselves a real nice recall here in California. I'm still high on it and I'd love to see one happen in Washington. In fact, I'd like to see lots of them in those states that allow them. Best of luck to you and to all those Washingtonians who go after Gregoire!
