I don't know anything about the Washington supreme court but I pray they're not half as stupid as at least 4 out of the 7 Florida justices.

If they reject the Dems would this thing move into the federal courts?

As of 3:20 pm (Pacific Time), with 37 out of 39 counties reporting, Rossi is up 43 votes (he is plus one in the manual recount compared to the machine recount and he had a 42 vote lead after machine recount).

King County and Pierce County still to report. Together, they represent about 40% of total vote.

Here's the Wash Sec. of State page:

The PI said that Stephanie Arend was the judge hearing the case in Pierce Superior Court. I know Arend and my opinion of her is that she is a borderline idiot and ethics aren't high on her list of important attributes. I am shocked that she ruled this way as she comes out of the firm of Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell, the most political firm in Pierce County and with strong ties to Democrats, including Governor Gary "Tax Hike" Locke. Among the attorneys at GTH is Locke's former chief of staff.

Anyway, I'll give credit where credit is due and be glad that Arend got one right.

Now the Rats will be whining for years about how the Republicans stole another election. Never mind that the Rats keep "finding" ballots long after election day. If the Rats can't successfully steal an election they should at least STFU when their crude attempts fail.

They will be. The FL judges were Dems too, I believe.

LOL! Okay, because the title implies they're history -- which they aren't yet.

It's legit. I'll vouch for it. I just saw the verdict on Northwest Cable News. It'll be a few minutes before the local media get over their shock and post an article -- slanted to the Democrats, of course.
