The krauts got their collective a$$e$ kicked so bad in WWII that they have become as cowardly as the Stench, er, French. Why do think they are so now buddy-buddy after years of mutual antagonism.
For the life of me I can't understand why the Frogs can be so friendly with the Krauts after WWI and WWII. What a worthless waste as far as US/Brit lives are concerned with regard to the French. We would still had to have kicked the Kraut's teeth out - if only to show them they weren't the supermen they thought they were.
We should have let the Russians finish the job - after all the Krauts were the first to come up with the "final solution". Would have served the the ba$tard$ right.
Not only that but we spent billions during 40 years of the Cold War to protect their slimy a$$e$ and this is the thanks we get.

When will people wake up and realize that these people don't come here from those stagnant, wretched backwaters in order to contribute to religious pluralism?
This is war, and there seem to be very few people who realize that.

One of my friends and co-workers attended the funeral and said it was really touching.

If these people were given the death penalty as they deserve, this situation could not occur.
If this is true, Bush must immediately call a press conference to recall our Ambassador from Germany. Sanctions should follow. Perhaps a large cutoff of imports from Germany. This action is despicable, totally without honor. All Germans should hang their heads in shame today.
These people have no soul.
Sadly, I do not have the vocabulary to adequately express my contempt for your government and your people. You never, never miss an opportunity to stab us in the back, do you? This is a despicable act perpetrated by a despicable people.
For what reason? Merkel is the most US supportive German politician you could get for the office of the Chancellor. Don´t you know that murderers usually come free after 15-18 years in jail in Germany??

Let's see her do something, not talk something. She had an extradition request from the US Government. Instead she sent the murderer home.
If this is the best Germany can do, I understand perfectly. However, I expect better from my "Allies".
