That's a good question, but I think it depends on what the meaning of "pro-choice" is. (NOT trying to imitate the former president's spin, I mean that.)
We know about Scott and Laci Peterson. There's also Mark Hacking (Utah, 2004), Stephen Poaches (PA, 2005), Tavious Hooks (NY, 2006), and former football player Rae Carruth. Were they pro-choice political activists before their wives/girlfriends refused to abort the children they carried? Perhaps not, but I suspect if you had asked their position on abortion, they would have said "pro-choice." For each man (and many like them), the problem started when the woman CHOSE to keep the child.
Because she wanted to keep the child and he didn't and he knew of no other remedy to the problem, he killed her.
IMO, whether the men are pro-choice activists or not, if they perceive abortion as a simple solution to an untimely/unwanted pregnancy and their wife/girlfriend won't abort, then her murder by him should be associated with the "pro-choice" position.

Funny... I was telling my adult son last night that "most" criminals are democrats.
At first he wasn't buying it. Then as we debated it; more crimes in large cities - demographics - heavy Democrat, he finally agreed but insisted it was not because they were democrats. My response was that it was the other way around.

"Pro-Abort" sounds just about right, doncha' think?"
The opposite of "Pro-Life" would be "Pro-Death". I've found that it really upsets them...

That's a rational question, and one that came to mind as I read the article.
It's a strech to throw the boyfriends etc. into the 'supports abortion' movement.

Haven't looked at the details, but from first whiff it smells of utterly-awful bad research.

Well, I dont even believe the pro-choicers who support abortion would remotely consider themselves in that group of murderers. We might think of removing a viable fetus as murder, but they don't see it that way and debate when humans actually gain conciousness/awareness/self-sustaining. At least that's what I've read, it still sounds very cold & callous, but I think I even get the distinction of where they're coming from. I still don't think we'd get very far in an argument using this study.
But I have a few more posts to catch up on.. maybe later the light bulb will turn on!

Ah, and but the idea is it's a WOMANs choice that I hear the ProChoicers say. Men who take a womans life is not giving her the choice so in essence he's not pro-choice, he's violent prone. It seems this study damns men much more than just 'pro-choicers' who must have power over women! Oh goodness, I sure didn't mean to open that can of worms!!!

Why question a scientific study? /s
We all know that Super bowl Sunday is also the day which has the most domestic violence against women.

They all believe that the death of the innocent is a solution to their problems ~ and the worst of them believe that pathway to be the solution to other people's problems.
I fail to see much difference in the pro-choice crowd.

It is a credit to the Pro Life Movement that of all the murders that have taken place in America over the last 40 years (50,000 X 40) that only seven have been committed by people that are pro life.

What can possibly be more violent that slipping an egg beater in the womb and chewing a baby to pulp, then washing him/her down the drain?

Pro-life and pro-choice are NOT opposites.
Pro-life and pro-Abortion are opposites.
