I hope this doesn't get me banned, but if I was a powerball winner, I'd hire the heat to do just that.
Then I'd clean house a little farther down the dogpile as well, just to be sure someone just as culpable didn't become top dog.
Then I'd smile and be very happy.
Now the EU can have US soldiers arrested for merely putting panties on a prisoners head. So why not arrest a documented genocidal tyrant?
