Somebody help me.
Why would teaching about the Holocaust upset the Muslims more than, say, the Germans?
To: brotherWesUpNorth
Why would the slaughter of millions offend the Muslims? Id figure they would want to learn some techniques at least.
Just another example of the cave in by the euroweenies.

This I dont understand. How can a muslim be upset by this? I would think the Jewish kids would get more upset learning about history.

So I guess next they’ll be burning books like “Night” and “The Diary of Anne Frank.”
To: brotherWesUpNorth
Well, let’s stop teaching history and just color for a little while until the next class. They way everyone will be happy.
How in the heck has being offended become more important than truth and freedom of speech? Where in the Constitution does it guarantee citizens that they will not be offended when they are in America?
Well, I’m sure many Germans feel better about that too now that we are talking about it.

So, if you have members of the KKK in class, you have to avoid talking about slavery for fear of offending them?

“...for fear of upsetting students whose beliefs include Holocaust denial.”
How about those with “Global Warming” denial?
How about those with “Evolution” denial?
How about those with “Hand out rubber day” denial?
Not worried about defending those people.

I’ll take a shot. The muslims believe, and teach their young that the Jews control the world. The Jews are responsible for all evil.
If you were to admit that millions of Jews were killed, and they were the victims, it may cause some to question whether Jews really were the villians.
muslims are evil, but not difficult to figure out, as long as you keep in mind that they are evil.

Why would teaching about the Holocaust upset the Muslims more than, say, the Germans? I'd think Muslims would love reading about the extermination of millions of Jews. Maybe it gives them a sense of inferiority.

Inexplicable and inexcusable. (formerly) Great Britain took in 10,000 Jewish children in the
Kindertransport program, most of whom never saw their relatives again. Was that simply a vacation for the kids? Damn those teachers for denying what happened. Damn them. Where the heck is the royal family on this? There should be screams of outrage at the rewrite of history.

The holocaust has now become politically incorrect. This is insane.

I demand that teachers everywhere step down from their positions. Because, what is truth anyway?

The Germans know it happened. The muslims are taught otherwise.

It found some teachers are reluctant to cover the atrocity for fear of upsetting students whose beliefs include Holocaust denial. Maybe teachers should stop teaching that the Earth is rond. It might be upsetting to those students whose beliefs include a flat Earth.
