“Hindu hardliners say the project will destroy what they say is a bridge built by Ram and his army of monkeys.”
In order to understand that this is entirely credible, all you’ve got to do is take a quick look at the Democratic Party and ask yourself which is more plausible.

News Update
Dodge has announced that its trained monkey’s do in fact build their Ram Trucks. However, their God, Bonzo, has no active role in construction nor operational matters.

This seems to senter on the idea that Ram was a god and his monkeys built the bridge. Wouldn’t it be much simpler to think of this as a natural landmark, something that has become important to the populace and shouldn’t be partially destroyed?

If this guy only knew what he did to my sleeping habits for several years as a kid... Godzilla and The Blob are one thing, but there's something about those flying monkeys...

The land bridge was built long ago in any case and circumstances have changed. Is everything on earth supposed to be permanent, including the climates?

Seems “kewl” on the surface, but what happens if a talking monkey travels back thru time and leads an uprising against mankind? Hadn’t thought about that, had you?”

You really only need twelve to change the world — if they’re the right kind of monkeys.

Yep, flying monkeys rule the netherworld. No doubt about it. :-)
