I agree. Another term for his problem is “diminished capacity”. McGovern has been suffering from this since he climbed out of that Bomber. He fooled many people with his brand of articulation.

Let’s stop right there. What has been elected is the biggest fraud and scam ever in America. Obama wants us including his voters to be enslaved.If Bill Clinton was every right about one thing, it was his statement last year around the time of the SC primary when he called Obama a 'myth'. He is a marketing product, and nothing more.
