I heard that — man is that strange. Usually “ho ho, hey hey” is a th eopening of a negative chant.
True .. and it shows a lack of respect that you can never be on time; you can’t get much more rude than that.
It was one of the things that irritated the left about GW - HE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME ..!!!!! When somebody asked him about it, he said that he was hired by the people to be on time, and it was rude to keep THEM waiting.

Obama has never met anyone at the plane before that I remember. This is a precedent he’s setting here. We’ll find him next extending that courtesy to the Ayatollah.
