Hannity yesterday said that he thought it would be pollyannaish to think that Trump was going to win. He then bragged about being a "realist".

I think a lot of polls were ‘cooked’ to create more enthusiasm for Clinton; but I also think that both the media, and the Clinton camp, have just been seriously out of touch with the average American. They’ve lived too long in their ‘bubble’.
And I think Kellyanne Conway was correct this morning, when she said that many Trump supporters simply didn’t want the grief and argument they’d face by voicing their support. (I don’t recall a single election before when people were actually afraid to have lawn signs and bumperstickers, as many of us were during this one.)
I feel a lot more free today, than I did yesterday. And I have a lot more hope for my Country.
Much of what Trump campaigned on, were things that the GOP would promise every election and never deliver. They really do know what the electorate wants…….they just continue to lie to us and believe they can get away with this behavior forever. They think we will forget, and historically we have….. But not this year.
