The fact is that all this nonsense is a cover excuse for problems among Hispanics and the extreme dysfunctional behavior of ghetto blacks. Slavery ended 150 years ago, and segregation 50 years ago. Yet the white liberal elite wants blacks and Hispanics to wallow in dependency or take positions in the public or private sectors for which they are unqualified.
They don’t have any daddy at home to slap them up the side of their head and say straighten up.

Students play the system, and since the closet homosexual muslim enacted the “no pipeline to prison” in public schools, classroom management is a disaster. Essentially Obumer believed that because of systematic racism in schools, black students were singled out in the classroom and blah blah blah. As a teacher every fall when I look at my rosters, if a find a class with 4 or more of a certain ethnicity, you can with certainty predict that class will be terrible. These kids will do nothing: late to class, loud, won’t sit where they belong, will wonder around classroom. When they eventually sit they will open their backpacks and unload; chips, candy, 2 liters of pop, etc. and commence eating a full meal. All the while they act as if they are in a park or shopping mall, not a classroom. Phones come out and they play their music or watch videos of god knows what and laugh or dance. If I attempt to redirect, discipline, they totally ignore me, act like I’m not there, or mock me. They refuse to stop or leave. Eventually I call security to remove the worst one or two. THEN...I get in trouble for not being sensitive, or failure to create relationships, or for not engaging them and making my class interesting enough. By October I just give up. Most of these kids will eventually stop coming to class and who knows where they are.
Much of the problem can be found in the destruction of the nuclear family and our government subsidizing, endorsing and empowering single-parent (no-dad) families. So long as government is a surrogate father to children, we will continue to see children from predominately fatherless families - become lawless.
It's a shame that our politicians do what's PC rather than what's needed.

The headline (Students of Color...More Likely to Be Arrested...” is just a bit misleading, since the story says that it is black and Hispanic students who get arrested more than white or Asian students. But I thought Asians were “of Color”. Certainly some Asians from India have as much, or more, “color” than blacks. So it’s not the color that is the problem, but rather the behavior.
Oh well, in a few years NYC will find itself with a 100% black & Hispanic school population and wonder why school bond issues never pass anymore.
Just for informational purposes, the idea of restorative justice has worked, but only in communities with a high level of religious participation in the process. Although the proponents of restorative justice claim statistics show its viability, these have been very limited studies.
If there is not a common basis of belief, restorative justice only allows the predators to easily identify the prey which is complaining.

They are useful idiots in a worldwide conspiracy to destroy America and the West that was started by commies decades ago. At the local level, they delude themselves that they are doing some kind of good, but they are really part of a destructive conspiracy and don't even know it.
Time to bring back the “Whipping boys!” Black or Hispanic kid acts up in class, grab a white or Asian kid and whip him.
It's funny how the same logic when applied to race means racism, never gets applied to sex to find sexism.

Prison prep schools.
Government teaches and encourages the children to become criminals so that they can be harvested for slave labor in the prison system. Law enforcement, justice system, welfare are more government systems dependent on the failures produced by government schools.
Look at all the waste in terms of humans lives and money. Government is Satin’s primary instrument used to kill and destroy.
