Nope. Was a total he said she said as far as I know. I think he’s a pig and probably guilty but had I been on the jury I would have never convicted him based on what I’ve heard with no evidence. Dangerous precedent.

I had not heard of this. Please elaborate.
That, to me, is what's so unsettling about this case. I used to think it would be tough to get a conviction based on recollections alone, decades after the alleged fact, particularly when no complaint was made during all that time. That ought to stand as proof against a false accusation, but evidently it doesn't. Somebody accuses you of a crime and suddenly you're at the total mercy of the social sensibilities of a jury.
I suspect that most of Weinstein's "victims" were willing participants, who gave in to his sick predilections because he was a wealthy and powerful man who had something that they wanted.

Someone here said he tried acting frail for sympathy with a walker and it showed why he stuck with the production and direction side instead of acting. Not convincing.

Harvey stated in his own emails —from 2 years ago—”many” of the accusations were false. Meaning at least “some” of them were true.
That said, I remain perplexed as to why the prosecution chose the particular witnesses who did testify. One said she carried on an extended “relationship” with the rapist.
OH, a death sentence being that close to the water. It will be inundated as soon as the snow melts and the river rises a hundred or so feet.
