The program would have to start issuing Ariernachweise ("proofs of Aryan ancestry"), to "prevent misuse" (i.e., people claiming that they were entitled although they don't LOOK White), and you could be sure that it would trigger fire-bombings.
Funny how that works, huh?
The interesting thing is, a few people willing to invest a little time and effort (and contend with the inevitable fire-bombings) could actually pull this off!
Step 1: Found your non-profit ("The Human Fund" or what-not).
Step 2: Raise $50,000 (optional, since you'd probably never actually get to the point of having to "distribute payments").
Step 3: Get a few unemployed statisticians and/or sociologists on board to publish a report on "White poverty." (Did you know that MOST poor people in the U.S. are WHITE?)
Step 4: Make the announcement! Explain that your organization will be issuing "Proof of White Ethnicity" free of charge to all comers.
Step 5: Sit and munch popcorn while Liberals explode!

This is putting the economic theory of “we can all make a good living washing each other’s clothes” into actual practice. However, it ignores another economic principle that somebody somewhere needs to make the clothes. We already supply these same recipients a free smart phone with unlimited talk, text, and data, so why not give them another $500/month? After all, it is just money rolling off a printer at the Treasury Department 24/7/365. What can possibly go wrong?

I wonder how long it will remain privately funded, and if they already have a scheme figured out to segue over into gimme your tax money...I doubt this will last long if it remains fully privately funded. I can’t see too many people just giving away that kind of money month after month for years.
$500 a month for 600 families, just doing it in my head seems like $300,000 a month. $3.6 mil a year.

Absolutely they can. But no local, state, or Federal government agency should be involved in such a program in any way. If the city is running so much as a website to promote this thing, then the city is providing funding for a racist program.
If your local church wants to give cash to black families in the community, more power to them. When the government gets involved, it had better be a level playing field.
