Some judge banning fireworks on the 4th.

Noem should order the SD Army National Guard to conduct night missions firing mortar and artillery illumination rounds, and certainly the SD Air National Guard has pilots that haven't dropped any flares or chaff in a while.
Those are perishable skills, and sustainment training is necessary to maintain readiness.
It's not a fireworks show, it's training!!

The very last bit of the article below many an advert... not why the court rules as it did but why nat'l park svc denied the permit
The reasons for the rejection included the ongoing pandemic, environmental concerns and concerns of tribal partners who opposed holding an event there.
Nothing besides this.
