We were told to trust Huber, so he’s probably trustworthy too.
Not that the FBI follows the constitution anymore, but;
“ no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.“
That does not leave room for “we want personal information about everybody who visited a main stream newspaper on a certain date and time”. This is pure Stasi.
Good catch. This story was alarming. But that pretty specific time period suggests they know who to look for.
Still, if you happened to be an innocent person who clicked on that article during that time, the FBI would have your info, too.
You won the thread.
I once asked the FBI on their official Twitter account if it’s really true they have an X-files department, or something like that
I never heard back from them and have been wondering for a long time now if my Tweet to them was passed around the FBI for laughs.
Not that they don’t have one but that they weren’t going to tell ME about it.
Judges just rubber stamp this garbage. I doubt they even read probable cause forms.
Anyone online needs to use an offshore VPN.
People who were in Washington, D.C. on January 6th, and were no where near Capitol Hill got visits from the FBI. One guy who had planned to go to the rally, but ended up working at his own business that day, got a visit from the FBI. In order to prove he wasn't in D.C. on January 6th, he showed them video of his working that day. A father and daughter who were in D.C., and listened to President Trump, but left afterwards to get some lunch before heading home, were visited by the FBI. It's become bizzaro world.
Nowadays it seems like you’re guaranteed a visit by the FBI if you visit OUR nation’s capital.
It's a good thing you weren't in D.C. on January 6th. They would have been camped on your doorstep.
Out of control government is out of control.
Reading something makes you guilty?
The FBI is a cancer.
We were also told to trust the plan, but here we are, all these years later, and nobody's bothered to say what the plan actually was.
So reading a news article from a public newspaper online is a crime?
“We were also told to trust the plan, but here we are, all these years later, and nobody’s bothered to say what the plan actually was.”
The plan was to sucker in a whole bunch of people into a gigantic con.
And it worked.

Judges read search warrant applications because any errors or lapses are likely to be challenged later in court. No judge wants to be exposed as approving an obviously improper warrant.
lol... like i’m gonna click on the link
Not on me. I never read one of those threads. At almost 74, I've got better things to read in my spare time.
