FBI Miami Special Agent-in-Charge George Piro noted that Alfin had been assigned to FBI Miami since 2017 and worked on crimes against children violations for over six years, suggesting over a 1,000 miles distance between Alfin’s posting and Hunter Biden’s rumored laptop investigation.

Meanwhile, even Lead Stories had conducted an online search regarding the mentions of Daniel Alfin with Hunter Biden. They found that there is no mention of the late FBI agent with the president’s son that pre-dated the horrifying events that took place on February 2, 2021, making all the recent online claims possibly incorrect
(note the wording sounds like "fact checking" IE: mislead then strawman the story)

I also notice Huber see the agents walking up to the front door on his computer (tipped off?)
Alfin also wasn't informed Huber was heavily armed. I highly doubt an experienced FBI agent didn't know who he was confronting. I suggest he was miss informed.

Did the article have a place for comments?

Could that be what they are after?

Or someone (a person of intrest) reacted with panic e-mails or a search or links?

I hadn’t thought of this. Makes it all even more nefarious.

So reading a news article from a public newspaper online is a crime?

Maybe. It can also bring you to the attention of the FBI or law enforcement.

I think typically the FBI would call up the editor of the paper and ask him for the records and would be given them with no subpoena. Perhaps in this instance they need to go by the book to make a good arrest. I'm giving them the benefit of he doubt here. The realization that we can and probably are being tracked by our internet usage or can be tracked, is what is troubling to me.

The FBI does not respect the rights of citizens (i.e. FISA abuses, the Stone arrest, the refusal to examine Hunter Biden’s laptop, etc.). Therefore, citizens don’t respect the FBI.

Yes. Honest FBI agents trying to do what is right needs to watch their back against nefarious agents. That is where we are.

Why does America’s KGB want that information?

To send them to the gulag?

In order to prove he wasn't in D.C. on January 6th, he showed them [...]

That was his mistake right there.

Proper response should have been: "Prove that I was there!" or "I'll see you in court!"

Let’s assume for a second that the FBI has a reasonable purpose in this request. What could it be?

One possibility is that the FBI suspects that the publisher had information about intent to kill FBI agents ahead of time and with internet publishing, the story’s very evolution covers up the early evidence of such. Probably the best way to find out the evidence is to interview early-on readers, as the history of the internet is now hard to otherwise uncover, having been erased.

(Disclaimer: I did not read the article .)

The media loves the 1st amendment when they need it to protect themselves. Meanwhile the FBI is the American Democrat gestapo now so just slam the door in their faces and just say NO.
