There is an old saying that inside a newly minted conservative, is a liberal who was mugged. Apparently “Call me Senator!” Boxer has resisted learning anything from being thrown to the ground and having her purse and phone stolen. It is possible that her brain was so scrambled that she really isn’t sure who Biden is, but was told by her handlers that this would be a good thing to say.
