Roe v Wade does not “provide” a Constitutional right to anything. There is nothing about abortion in the Constitution and nothing that can legitimately be interpreted as approving abortion. And rights are not “provided” by the Court. Pre-existing rights are recognized by the Court, at least if the justices themselves are Constitutional in their thinking.
Dear MSNBC, abortion is NOT a right and therefore its prohibition is NOT unconstitutional.
