600k is in 1991 when the USSR collapsed.

In march 2022 Ukraine had 126,000 troops (https://www.aljazeera.com/features/2022/3/9/total-war-how-ukraine-mobilised-a-country-as-russia-overreached-2)

The Muscowite invasion was 200,000.
