They’ll go up and down in unpredictable ways.

I can’t see anything that would make them move in correlation with CBCDs, though.

For the central banks to push their own digital currencies, though, would validate the idea of crypto in the minds of many who ignore it, now. And many of them would want to hedge their positions using independent cryptos.
