Oh, they know, they just prefer to be politically correct and pretend.

Really: Why?
Merely because he "identifies" (i.e., insists) that he is a woman?
My neighbor might insist that he is President George Washington, but I would refuse to treat him as such, address him as such, employ the corresponding honorifics, whistle "Hail to the Chief" whenever he appears on the scene, etc.
Does that make me a bad person?
Would I deserve to get booed by a crowd because of that? (Fortunately, I don't care what such a crowd thinks of me.)
