They don’t want the cops in their neighborhoods, but won’t take action to police themselves. They know who the troublemakers are, but won’t do anything about it. Even convicted felons I supervised 40 years ago took care of their own blocks and galleries. They didn’t want the “police” (correction officers) coming around either, so they took it upon themselves to police their own blocks and galleries, to make sure any potential troublemakers knew not to stir up any $hit. And it sure doesn’t help when the same people, committing the same crimes over, and over, are put right back out on the street to continue their crime sprees.

I've been retired for 20 years, and have used mail pharmacies through my retirement prescription plan all those years. I had to find a new ear, nose and throat doctor when my other one retired a couple of years ago, and the dummies in his office, on three different occasions, couldn't follow my requests to submit my scripts to CVS Caremark, and kept sending them to the local Walgreen's for me to pick up, so I stopped seeing the doctor. I explained the problem to my new family doctor, and she said as long as the medication is in my record with them, they will issue a new script when I need it, and send it to CVS.
At least they have their own “holiday “ party.
