Our elderly neighbor got a check for $150(?), signed by Attorney General Bob Ferguson (running for Gov) to offset the “illegal” prices on tuna fish sold in the state.
“I don’t even EAT tuna fish!”
“Yeah - but you vote Democrat.”
(We of course did not get a check from Side-Show Bob.)
Wow - so I bet there are 350,000 illegals in Washington State. Some “official” reports say about 11 million illegals in the USA in 2021. But I’m sure that is under-reported and could easily be your 17 million or more.
American Rescue Plan Act and was intended to help state and local governments with their response and recovery from the COVID-19.
I bet every state and local government was completely abuzz with the news of this grab bag of grift and pandering. I bet that’s how Fani Willis figured out to nab that scuzball boyfriend Wade. A big open-secret everybody knew about but real Americans who got none of it.
The 17 million was in 2020.
There has been 5 million + per year since then.

It won’t change as long a Congre$$ opposes term limit and exempt themselves from the rule and regulations they pass ,,, and continue to give themselves big rai$e$.
I wasn’t inferring that Congress would be the one doing any change.
But they control the purse strings and as long as they continue to pass out taxpayer dollars like they did for Covid-19 and not account for how it is spent the misuse of taxpayer dollars will continue.
